My song this year has been Bob Dylans "Knocking on Heavens Door". The lyrics and the song really hit me around March of this year when I was finally able to achieve the silence I had been looking for a long time but had been unable to concieve since I'm a very active person and it seemed impossible to unwind and shut down.

I played this song many times at the Lemuria Center retreat. Specially when I was about to go to sleep, my room was so lovely and the lamps had a nice art shape. Being there really made me feel like I was at Heavens Door... also, due to all the things I learned....
